Quiet bedroom, enjoyable location, superior views. Venetian style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. The staff were more than helpful and provided VERY EFFICIENT customer service. Food was good and I have nothing but outstanding memories from this trip.

Room was well-planned, I appreciated a perfect location and wonderfully friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast and a lot variety of goodies. I had quite big and very clean room. The property was right next to Zermatt downtown.

Absolutely fantastic staff, extremely clean hotel, delicious breakfast. Furthermore, the area was wonderful. There were very spacious & well appointed rooms available. The staff made my stay excellent!
